Oscar Mendoza has experience in international capital markets, project development and mineral exploration strategy, with a focus on precious and critical metals. He holds an MBA in International Management from the International University of Japan and a BA from the University of North Texas, emphasizing economic development and international finance.

Steven Vanry

CFO | Corporate Secretary | Director

Steven Vanry has 30 years of senior management and board experience across mining, energy, technology and manufacturing. His expertise includes capital markets, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting and regulatory compliance. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) designations.

Garry Clark, P.Geo.

Director | Qualified Person

Garry Clark is a professional geologist with extensive mineral exploration and consulting experience in Ontario and internationally. He founded Clark Exploration Consulting in 2000 and has served on numerous junior resource company boards. Mr. Clark holds an Honours B.Sc. in Geology (1983) from Lakehead University and is a registered Professional Geoscientist in Ontario.

Dillon Sharan

Director

Dillon Sharan has more than eight years of experience in real estate acquisitions, development and asset management, following earlier experience in investment banking and investment financing. His expertise includes capital markets, deal structuring, financial analysis and strategic investment planning. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from UBC’s Sauder School of Business.
